The views from the fountain view room were stunning, especially during the evening shows. Check-in was chaotic and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. Enjoyed a nice evening entertainment show but found the casino layout confusing and crowded. Prices at the pool bar were quite high for drinks. Worth a visit for the luxurious atmosphere but be prepared for some hiccups.

Loved the stunning fountains view from my room and the entertainment options inside, especially the Cirque du Soleil show. Check-in took way too long, and the casino floor was really crowded. Drinks were overpriced. Nice vibe overall.

Being right at the heart of the main strip made my weekend in Las Vegas so exciting, as I was just a few steps away from amazing places like the stunning Bellagio fountain, the beautiful Conservatory and Botanical Garden, and loads of other hotels and casinos like Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood, all within a short stroll of around 10 to 15 minutes; plus, the hotel's rooms were nice and comfy with a good breakfast buffet that packed a flavorful punch. The only downside was that unloading my bags took a bit longer than expected, but overall, this place is a solid choice for wandering around and enjoying the city's hustle and bustle.

My stay was non-stop excitement! The pool area was a total dream, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding. The dining at Lago felt so special, especially with that stunning fountain view!

    Can recommend! 😊❤️

I can't believe they charged me twice for my spa treatments and then just brushed me off. The assistant manager won't even respond to my emails! I expected so much better for the price I paid. Super frustrating!

The Bellagio offered stunning fountain views that were truly special, especially during the festive season. The hotel's elegant decor enhanced our experience, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our days. be prepared for long lines at the coffee shop during peak times.

Had an enjoyable xmas getaway with a room boasting a stunning fountain view and spacious layout. The expansive lobby and shopping area offered a variety of dining options at different price points. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep after indulging in delicious gelato and coffee at the on-site cafe.

Disappointingly, the lack of complimentary water in the room and the absence of a kettle were noticeable drawbacks. Inconsistent towel cleanliness and difficulties reaching housekeeping and room service marred the experience.

Beautiful gardens and a lively location offer some charm, but the experience has definitely declined. Housekeeping missed the mark-dirty bins, inadequate toiletries, and a frustrating check-in process added stress. The $22 bottled water charge felt outrageous, and a fountain view was obstructed by trees. While Tara at the concierge was helpful and staff were generally accommodating, the lack of personal warmth was palpable. Navigating through crowds was a challenge, and getting a taxi was agonizing. It's a lovely hotel, but it feels more like a tourist attraction than a welcoming retreat.

The room was stunning with a beautiful view. The bed offered a super comfy experience, perfect for relaxation. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space just right. the shower's water pressure was frustratingly low. Soundproofing was an issue; I could hear barking from neighboring rooms. Amenities felt lacking-no coffee maker or complimentary water was a letdown. The hairdryer was cheap and ineffective. I encountered cleanliness issues, with dirty towels and lingering odors from previous guests.

The pool is an oasis, perfect for hot days. The views from my room are breathtaking, and the conservatory is a lovely touch with seasonal flowers.

No fridge in my room was a letdown.

Comfy beds, comfy amenities with an incredibly comfortable bed that allowed for a restful night's sleep and a large shower with amazing water pressure that made my morning refreshing.

    Nothing, all excellent.

Central location is a definite plus. Clean facilities and stunning scenery stand out. Valet and check-in services are well-coordinated, offering a seamless experience. The bedroom was pleasant, though the bathroom left much to be desired. Three days without room service? Communication was lacking, compounded by a system failure that we only learned about last minute. Rude staff interactions, especially at the pool cafe, were disappointing. Weight-activated mini bars are outdated; a simple refrigerator would suffice instead of surprise charges. Noise complaints didn't garner timely resolution. Pillows were uncomfortable, and resort fees were misleading. A little more attention to customer service could turn this from merely satisfactory to exceptional.

We hit up O by Cirque du Soleil and partied at the Premier Two Queen room - so chill. The views from our room were bomb, and the vibes were off the charts.

Wish they had a more happening night club scene for us to continue the party after the show.

Upon arriving at the Bellagio, I was excited to explore their amenities. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making for a good night's sleep. The bedding and towels were clean, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, I did notice some issues with the cleanliness of the towels, as some had stains and didn't seem very fresh. The bathroom was very spacious, but I was disappointed to find only a few bathroom products available. It would have been nice to have more toiletries provided in a 5-star hotel. the lack of complimentary water or coffee in the room was a letdown. I also had trouble with the room not having ironing facilities or a trouser press, which made it difficult for me to maintain my clothes during my stay. One thing that stood out to me was the beautiful surroundings of the hotel and the great pool area. the pool closed early at 6 pm, which was a bit disappointing, especially during the summer months. I also found the smell of smoke and cannabis pervasive, particularly in the casino area, which detracted from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The location of the hotel on the strip was convenient, and the access to the Bellagio Fountains was a highlight. the check-in process was slow, and there were long queues at reception. The lack of a separate desk for queries made it challenging to get assistance promptly.

    Nothing all excellent 😊

Located in the heart of a famous city, we got a fabulous room with a breathtaking view of the iconic fountains. The upgraded room was worth every penny, offering luxury and comfort. Plus, the valet parking cost was surprisingly reasonable compared to other cities.

The room lacked basic toiletries like cotton wool and a kettle, and the noise level outside made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the expensive buffet cost per person was a bit steep for limited eaters like us.

The revamped Premier Two Queen - the ultimate chill spot after exploring Vegas, feels like a cozy oasis. 'O' by Cirque du Soleil was a mesmerizing journey blending dance, music, and acrobatics in a stunning aquatic theater - a must-see!

My kids wished for a larger and more interactive kids' play area.

I chose Bellagio for its prime location near the Las Vegas Strip, but was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite culinary experience at LAGO. The small plates with big impact and the thoroughly modern dining experience at Harvest were delightful. The availability of gourmet snacks, wine, and spirits at the location made my stay even more enjoyable.

Slow internet, outdated TV, paid parking.

My Easter holiday at this Vegas oasis was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured my every need was met. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety and convenience. The seasonal outdoor pool and heated swimming pool were perfect for relaxation, while the air-conditioned rooms offered a cool respite from the desert heat. The location, close to everything on the Strip and even the Hoover Dam, made exploring a breeze.

Coffee enthusiasts might be disappointed as it was impossible to grab a morning cup from one of the coffee shops, requiring a walk to find a fix.
